Corsair Beer commercial

I've been searching the BBS and nothing..

but I remember seeing the BEST beer commercial involving a Hog pilot skidding off the runway during a landing with no gear. Just before his plane falls into the drink it stops and he gets out all happy. The F4U tips over, falls into the drink and he's sitting in the safety net enjoying a beer.

Pappy, I definitely saw a link to that commercial (was a youtube link) on the bbs at some time in the past. Sometime sooner or later I'll get onto youtube & try to find it & post for you. :)

Oh, I know where I saw it. One of my squaddies emailed it to me. I'll have to get into a different computer & see if I deleted that thing already. :)

Ranier used to have some pretty funny commercials with Mickey Rooney and the Running Raniers. Lousy beer, funny commercials.

That road you see was my BMW play ground, lots of twisties, 20 mph curves where I'd hit 50 mph.  There is a straight away with 3 big drops in a row, when I hit 90 mph in this straight away, it could get lose change suspended in 0 G for a second. :aok
