She raises 4 toddlers, works as a nurse in a full time position, and still has time for this:

I've never seen someone so  driven to improve herself and provide for her family.  I am a lazy **** compared to her but I'm so proud.

Some people are simply driven to excel.  Congratulations :)

I think in general women are more driven then men. My wife works full time as a high school teacher, then goes and works on a ESL endorsement at night to better herself even further. On top of all that, she goes to school on the weekends for some sort of gifted reading program endorsement and to learn Spanish.

In contrast, I am like you Steve. I am a lazy bastard. I go to work, come home and that is about it. Sometimes I unload and load the dishwasher, but other than that, I am pretty un-motivated.

Congratulations, does this make her an RN? Is she already talking about getting her masters? My wife is. I think she is going to do that this summer.

EDIT: Never mind. I'm off topic.

Congrats to Mrs. Bailey. Work plus school isn't easy. Work plus school and kids is horrendous.

The female lions raise the cubs and go out and hunt the prey, while the male lions lie around the den and eat, sleep, and mate.

She is Superwoman.

Emailing my wife now to give her heck for not doing some stuff she has promised to do for months...and including a link to this thread.  ;)
