Do you need to open all the sounds to WinZip, because I'm not paying for winzip. I don't know what to or how to upload it to something but winzip.

Are you trying to upload it to a webhost service, or do you want to know how to open or make zip files on your computer?

Open zip files because when I upload the files it will not let me see them or copy them Because i don't have Winzip.

Right click on the zipped sounds folder, select Extract All.

It doesnt open the files Ranger. When its done downloading them it shows the thing to register and buy. It ran out of evaulation time to use it, I don't know how to uninstall and reinstall.

If it's a .zip file, you don't need anything. Windows opens zip's on its own.

Right-click the zip file and select "Explore". Copy what you want and paste it where you want.
