Lut enters Truekills office and presents a crisp salute, despite the smell of booze on his breath . "Sir, the Avengers Squad night is tonight at 7 PM Central time. I plan on using a mixed batch of iron haulers this evening to take the war to the enemy; we'll log in and see where we stand as far as our Axis objectives go and plan from there. If we still have possession of our objectives, we will proceed to go after the Allied strat targets."

"We hope to see you there sir and we hope to be able to recruit some decent escort to free up most of my men to haul iron." Lut presents another crisp salute and about face, then exits the office and staggers back towards the Avengers tent..

A big thanks goes out to all that came and flew both with and against us tonight. We had 80 pilots in the arena for quite a while with fairly even numbers for most of the night. We had a great time and even got to visit with our old friends from Warbirds, the "Dynamite Gang"; was great to see you guys again.

If you guys go into the AvA arena again, give one of my Tomcatters a holla. Was talken to cooley the other day on how we all miss doing co-ops with you guys n how we should do em again!! Would love to wing with ya guys in there sometime!!

Heya Joe'D, maybe u can talk our "Grand Pooba" into coming Rook for a tour or two

We should be visiting the AvA more often on squad nights (sun or mon) as long as we dont offset the #'s too much

Hey Cooley, our squad nights are Mondays and Thursdays, with an unformal showing on Tuesday nights as well. Drop on in anytime.........

One of my favourite WB squads, too bad Stoesy didnt come with ya.
Btw, Im trying to remember the name of the guy that always flew the Ju52 for ya's, he was a nut, lol

367th still has about 15 guys from 2.77, many with different names though

You guys, along with Jg54 and other squads are creating a bit of a snowball effect of building attendence in the AvA, wtg S`

Stoesy left us back in 2002; was burned out and went cold turkey. The crazy old Irishman JU driver you speak of is Reilly. Stoesy is now back flying the old WB's 2.77 in Freehost and from I understand Reilly is flying with him in there, along with Hepcat and Jtkirk.
