Sing, sing a song

Au Contraire! SD67 had a valid post!
Quote
It was originally done by Lori Lieberman and later more successfully covered by Roberta Flack. It has been covered by quite a few other artists including Frank Sinatra, Alicia Keys and Arethra Franklin. The Fugees did something weird with it too Hehe!
Hope this helps tongue
BTW I can never hear this line
"Blue jean baby, L.A. lady, seamstress for the band"
Without thinking of Terry Pratchetts' seamstresses

Actually, my post was not valid in the terms of the game;)
I was merely making running commentary.

Please do not confuse Neil Diamond (Forever in Blue Jeans) with Elton John (Tiny Dancer).
Google the Lyrics and pay closer attention.

My "Failed" remark was to the fact that you had reposted the same lyrics that I posted a day before.  Read the time stamp above the "Failed" post.

Did this just die???

I'll start it off again

"Cramping styles is the plan
They’ve got us in the palm of every hand"

<EDIT> I dig the idea 88, just too open to interpretation... one "the" in a line makes not as "cool" knowing the original like the song title game :( but I LOVE how you were stabbing back with 1 line only, that the way a game like this should be ;)
