Seeing how theres no area solely for suggestions, I guess it will have to post here.

Would it be possible to move the message information at the top of the board?  It may seem trivial, but rarely do I think of scrolling all the way down to the bottom, past those logged on to see if there are any new posts.

LOL, I get so few, so it isn't in the forfront of my mind to go down and check that area.  But when the page comes up, as with others, it loads from top to bottm.  Having it on the top would make it the first thing you see and make it more noticed instead of after the logged on listing.

Yeah I know, it's my fault for not looking..........  but hey, I'm getting old and tend to forget those things that don't show up in front of me ;)

Just set it to pop up a message when you get a new message. That way you log on and it pops up with "you have new private messages"

& set it up so you receive an email notification of the new PM as well. So that way you don't have to even sign in to the BBS to see if you have new PMs

^^^ What she said - even if you do what Fugitive suggested.  Many (if not most) of the pop-up blockers and newer browser settings to ride herd on pop-ups will eliminate the pop-up when you first sign in, and you'll still never know you had one.

But like Ghastly said, you may have a pop up blocker blocking the pop up message window.

Pop up blockers allow you to accept pop ups from an individual site.
