How often can you change teams now?

I like to fly for the team w/ the lowest numbers since my squad basically quit AH. Just don't know how often I can swap teams. Used to be 12 hours? I'm pretty sure it changed when the arena setups changed.

Times might also vary between arenas.

AVA had different times than EW/MW/LW months ago. Don't know if it's the same since the AVA changed format.

It's one hour. That's not quick enough for me to switch sides every time certain scorewhoring squads run away from a fight to vulch another country's field. 30 minutes would be perfect.

How nice it would be if the switch time was lowered to 30 minutes. Could almost always fly for the low side without worry about having to wait. Also could fight the hoarders that want to hoard over an undefended base. How great it would be.....
