My only objection to Boston Market's CCP are the large pieces of chicken in it. I prefer cubes, rather smallish ones at that. I noticed the picture of the one from KFC had largish peices of chicken in it too. I need to bake me one that suits me I guess...

See pic at top. I believe that is what you are looking for.

I secretly like the 99cent Swanson cpp's in the freezer section.

Yeah I'm the same way, I like my pot pies with small pieces of meat, that way you dont need to cut up the piece and can just go in with your fork and eat it.

I love it, Sarah says she doesn't like it, but she always eats all of it when I do make it :lol

500g.(1lb) Finely (5mm(1/4")) diced beef steak
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 packet taco seasoning (mild or hot)
4 to 6  green chillies, drained and chopped (I use Acacia Peppers)
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. biscuit mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced and diced
1 c. shredded cheese (I use Tasty Cheddar, use whatever you prefer)
Shredded lettuce
1/2 c. sour cream

Heat oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease 25cm (10") pie pan. Cook and stir beef and onion until brown, drain. Stir in taco seasoning and pour into pie pan. Sprinkle with chillies. In another bowl, beat with hand mixer milk, biscuit mix and eggs for 1 minute until smooth.

Pour on top of beef mixture and bake 25 minutes. Remove and top with diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake again 8-10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Add lettuce all around. Add sour cream in middle.
