Real Men of Genius
« on: February 17, 2008, 05:11:28 PM »
Someone I know came up with a new RMOG commercial so I whipped up a version to music.

Thought some here might like it.  His inspiration was his recent trip to the dealership for some work on his car...

Well guys, after spending the day gettin' hosed for service at the Pontiac dealership, I couldn't help but laugh a little and I was hit with a stroke of genius- Real Men Of Genius that is!!! Let me know if you've had a similar experience and feel free to add your own verse!!!

Budlight presents, Real men of Genius...

Today we salute you, Mr. Car Dealer Service Advisor.
(Background vocals) Mr. Car Dealer Service Advisor...

Not satisfied with the relentless screw turning your staff delivers during the sale,
you compliment our intelligence by convincing us that we need a complete blinker system flush,
and make it all better with a coupon...
(Background vocals) Two for one, now!!!

You've turned over a new leaf from making us feel taken while driving off the lot,
to making us feel taken when we drive on the lot...
Together with your staff of obscure technicians, you can convince us that 12,000 miles is all that a steering wheel is supposed to last, and then upsale us to a better one!
(Background vocals) Both hands on the wheel!!!

So crack open an ice cold Bud Light, oh tamer of the grease monkey...
It's because of you and your $175.00 paper air filters
that I can breathe alot easier...
(Background vocals) Mr. Car Dealer Service Advisor guy...

The RMOG commercials are so very funny! I've loved all of them. Nicest touch ~ the background singers. LOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I couldn't open your link (it was accessible, it was probably a parental setting I've got plugged onto my computer).  I'll watch a few on youtube now though. :lol
*edit* I disabled the thing to listen to your song. Great one! I'm glad I heard it. LOLOLOL! Nice :)

background singers are always my favorite part: "both hands on the wheel!":lol

Trivia: The singer in those commercials is Dave Bickler, the lead singer for Survivor.
