I'm the worst pilot ingame ya know!!!

It's all unrealistic crap requested by people who want pie in the sky actions performed without an understanding of how things work and who can't grasp reality.

You can find a number of (hopefully) useful info about TIR here .

My profile (which is actually a slightly modified version of the one Mace posted) is under the "Aces High" ... "Pilot Essentials" section.

Be sure and take a look at the "TrackIR priority" article under "System Tweeks" as that is well worth the effort.
