Funny Thought

/I had a funny though about Aces High. What if they added ground troops? I know this will never happen, but how hard would it be to add? There are already planes, tanks, boats, etc. I know, i know, this IS a combat flight sim (primarily flight) - but I think it would be fun. Maybe in some complete standalone mod of the game.

And along the lines of this, is it possible to completely reskin/model a vehicle, give it human characteristics/animations and change the cockpit to an FPS view?

Feel free to flame me for this. Its just a random thought I had.

If you want a first person shooter go play Call of Duty 4.  Great Game and much better suited for that than Aces High.  Also they haven't even finished CT so this kind of wish or hope is mute.

Actually we already have ground troops all you have to do is bail and AH is already a FPS. I believe what you should be requesting is the ability to select "Soldier" from the hanger and provide weapons load-out options beyond "pistol and clips". Would be interesting even without the overhead of fancy character animation. Attack of the stick figures.

You can do it now. Friendlies can bail into town to protect the map room from drunks and the enemy can bail into town to clear the way. You can even sneak up on a tank and shoot the driver or kill a pilot with a shot through the windscreen.
