Template's finished, probably tweak the odd bit here and there but for the most part it's done.

Here's the first skin, Spit Mk I serial X4179, coded QV-H of No. 19 Sqn, RAF.  Flown by F/Sgt George 'Grumpy' Unwin, circa September 1940.  Unwin downed 3 109s while flying X4179 on Sept. 15, 1940, later to be known as Battle of Britain Day.

Were not the plane/squadron codes reversed on the starbord side with the squadron code aft of the roundel?

Nice work.

Yes, normally the squadron code was left of the roundel and the individual aircraft letter was to the right, but there were non-standard examples.  In the case of 19 Sqn, the squadron code was always forward of the roundel, here's a shot of Unwin's wingman Sgt. Jennings, scrambling in X4474/QV-I (second image down).  Notice the amount of right stick he's holding... torque, Baby!!!

macleod01, I plan to submit it to HTC, I just have to correct something first - 19 Sqn was using 25" underwing roundels at the time, I goofed and put standard ones on.  Gotta read the submissions page too.
