You missed stage 1.5

Shoot at every friendly for your first 5 flights and wonder how they can be killing you if they are pointing the other way.

I have killed MiTsu once in the past year...
that was a 3vs1 situation, ha had a low alt, low E F4U and I was
dead on his 6 while he was avoiding my two friends hammering him on both sides. The fight lasted more than 3 minutes!
He's good, but then again.. he can never reach step 8
