agreed.

but i have to say that i do enjoy a good vitamin water now and then.

makes sense to replenish. too birds one stone.

whether or not they actually do this or not is certainly open for discussion,
but they do leave that certain illusion.

interesting note.

my grandmother was famous for making her own root beer.

thing was, when she moved the operation the water changed systems. so she had to take old milk jugs back to the old system to get the right tasting water or it wouldn't work.

one of my favorite stories.

I just wash a vitamin tablet down with a glass of water.

If I don't eat correctly and actually need extra vitamins.
