I think this can be set such that the honour (gold/platinum etc) can be what ever HTC wants.......... from new poster to "old fart" via various other  descriptors.

Being a military-based game, it's kinda funny that HTC didn't set it up by a rank system, I.E. cadet, Flying seargeant, pilot officer, Luietenant, Captain, Major, etc.
