I was definately one of the nay-sayers this past season.  But he did an amazing job.  Great season to end on.

At least he's leaving on a winning season where he almost got into the Superbowl.

thats about all I can say. I was stuck in the Phoenix airport waiting on a broken airbus to take me home when the news broke.
I don't know what to put here yet.

I have always respected Farve and think he was a great quarterback. A real class act. But...

When it really counted he could throw away the game just as easily as win it.

Living in Chicago though, I would have killed to have him as a quarterback. Our quarterbacks throw away entire seasons :)

I think you could pretty much see it in his face during the NFC championship game.  To me he really didn't look like he wanted to be there, snot running down his face not withstanding.

He was class... wouldn't be surprised to see him back though. Seems like we hear he won't be back every year.

Meh, you can't win them all.  He won his Super Bowl.  I think we could have won 32 if Holmgren would have changed his gameplan...but thats another story.  He did throw a lot of INTs, but he took that chance.  That was his game style.

I'm glad that I spent $500 to see his last game (and the first time I saw him play in person).  It was a heartbreaker, but no one expected the Pack to be that far at the beginning of the season.  4000:1 odds at the start of the season to win the Super Bowl.
