Had a good time fightin in the DA with you this evening.  Definitely are the better virtual pilot.  I enjoyed it and picked up a couple of good pointers.  Thanks.

I always feel a little giddy when i get the chance to pick SHawk, because he is such a good player in the game. And also because i'm scared to go against him 1 on 1, mano a mano.

Maybe he's good 1 on 1 anybody know???

I always feel a little guilty when i pick the Hawkster, mostly because he seems like such a nice guy.  :)  :aok

i've only been against shawk once.........and it was when i was trying to defend V46 in a hurri, as there wqs ground and air assualt......i had just shot down 3 of the attackers, and was climbing out to rtb for rearma d refuel, when in come 5 or 6 110's...and guess what doesn't outrun 110's? i tried dragging them over ground guys, but in the end i went down......found out one of them was shawk.....and was VERY surprised that he wasn't the one that got me...amd actually felt kinda good about that too! :D

I flew with SHawk recently and he is definately the real deal.  There were about a 8 or 10 of us moving toward a target base that had an artillery factory nearby throwing out all sorts of puffy ack.  Without hesitating he had it all deacked himself in what seemed to be about 10 seconds.  As as an enemy, I've been in a field gun several times when he took me out with single short burst of about 3 rds coming right out of a hard loop or turn (most guys line them up from 1.5k out and most of the high rating fgtr/attk guys won't go NEAR live ack, at least I've never seen them and I've spent a lot of time in those guns).  As for 1 on 1, I've never had the misfortune but I am certain from what I've witnessed that he would be a damn tough nut to crack.  For some reason he has some detractors who claim otherwise but its either jealousy or a case of 'hating the player' rather than the game.  Wilt Chamberlain once said nobody roots for Goliath and in terms of scoring consistency tour in and tour out - I guess SHawk is their Goliath.

Ive only met up with SHawk a few times,  he got me and i think i got him on another time but hies an upstanding guy and player in this game.

ya C-47 to C-47 id go for that one :rofl  drop trps on each other :lol

as for 1 on 1 id bet hed give you a good run for your money and a good fight,  i wouldnt mind to DA and learn a few things from him but i dont know if he does any training or the likes.
