Whatever you think larry.
If my 486 could compute some 30+ nascars behind me, i see no reason it couldnt handle a few fighters behind it.
But hey, no use beating a dead horse.
Generally when you're the only one who doesn't see the reason there are two possibilities:
1. You're very much smarter than anyone else who's looked at the problem. This is quite likely, and with some effort you could capitalize on it...true vision is rare and you probably won't have any trouble hiring the coders to make it a reality. My advice is to build a business plan and go for it. Most businesses fail from lack of starting, so don't be shy and never give up.
2. You're missing something; possibly something basic. This is also not uncommon, particularly when you aren't intimately familiar with the system in question. However, that does not rule out the possibility that the system couldn't be improved and the original design assumptions can't be changed. Often when you want a given result the solution is a fresh outlook on where you are and where you want to go. Dale might be so fixated on his current implementation he has failed to see an elegant change will take it to the next visual level.
Everyone else's opinion is irrelevant; what is important here is what you think and what you want to do about it. This might be your path to a new and profitable career in the gaming industry.
