Could a CM contact me?

I need a volunteer CM for a Snapshot on a Tuesday sometime next month. The snapshot, rules, teams, and enforcement of good behavior will be done by the participants. What I need is someone to set up the arena for us, make it a 'closed' event, and be able to fine tune the arena/reset the arena as needed.
