Gran Turismo 5
« on: March 10, 2008, 01:14:11 PM »
Like I said before... you wouldn't believe your eyes~
This is just the prologue edition.

Even though i'm a hardcore fan of JDMs... Polyphony's GT-5 will finally include prestige badges such as Porsche and Ferrari :aok

That's insane. Are those pics from a console or a high-end PC?

I've been searching for a couple of months now for any good pics or vids of the Mustangs in it, especially the new drivers POV shots. Want to see if they got it right, and especially want to hear if they got it right. The GT4 version just never felt or sounded right to me.
Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.

I just made a phone call and found out my awesome GT steering wheel that I had gotten specifically for GT4 was donated to goodwill after letting my nephew borrow it.

Gonna go cry now.

Definitely not from PC.  They are from in-game and in-game replay.

Really glad to see the cockpit shot finally entering the GT series. Now if only they could ditch the arcade driving style, it would be the game for me. Graphics aren't everything, that's why we play AH isn't it? :)

Pretty sure GT5 is only available for PS3. Looks like it is one of those games that really pushes the PS3's graphic capability to the max  :aok

And it'll still have as crappy a physics/graphics ratio as Il2.  It still has those corny tire screeching sounds.

Physics is not that bad.  You just have to turn OFF TCS, ASC, and turn on tire wear.
