I park at the back end of an empty lot to make sure that I don't hit anyone when I'm pulling back out in case a numbskull parks too close (ford-excursion).  If a jerk pulls up right next to me so tight that I have to get in on the passenger side of my vehicle after I'm considerate enough of their vehicles to move to the back end of an empty lot for them ~ screw them... I'm not feeling bad about anything.

I havent encounterd that problem, but i have put gum in the keyhole on one car when i was yonger. The idiot used to park his car outside our house, and often with his back end so close to our driveway that many times we had a hard time getting the car out when it had been snowing and they had plowed the street. I had enough of the idiot after leaving several messages on his windscreen explaining the problem to him. There was no reason for him not to drive the car a few meters further so he didnt block anything.

After getting both keyholdes blocked he never parked there again.

Later i chose a less destructive way to deal with that kind of problem. I simply covered their car with my snowblower so they could not use it to drive home after work.

People get towed here doing stuff like that so we rarely see it.
My pet peeve is people queuing across intersections. I also have little patience for impatient folk who will lean on their horn when I refuse to queue across an intersection or I stop to allow someone to reverse out of their parking spot. It takes but a minute to be courteous to other drivers, it can take as long as 15 minutes to get out if nobody stops sometimes. I know I'd hate to be waiting there for that long.

I used to drive a Karman Ghia roadster with the doors bolted shut.  If people parked like dorks at school/college I’d squeeze between them and climb out over the back.  I could fit that thing in spaces that looked impossible.
