Ya know, I was plagued with 9990 syndrome yesterday, here I am flying around and see these b17's 4-5k off deck.

First question I asked: Is 999 on? then im looking this set of buffs were bishop and 9990 was knight..

hmm.... shall i still attack what if it is him....

Oh the delima when attacking b17s now  :furious

I wish we had more people in this game like 999000.

A complete gentleman and a pleasure to compete with.

I try to stay away from him when he's in his B-17s'   :salute

You people are SO SLOW!  Where else have you seen such accurate gunning, superior bombing, and excessive whining whenever a bomber was near?

999000 was known as "Otto" in Warbirds.  He changed his name to confuse people.

999 gave tips on how to kill him in another thread..

Really best to just comfortably line up on a bombers six get about 100 to 200 out before you start shooting....Finally if a few of you are attacking the same Buff best it you take turns.... one at a time so you don't accidentally kill shoot yourself.

999000 is one of the reason I keep playing this game. He has always been this good with a B17 and an honorable player since Air Warrior.............. :salute

For me ... 9's and 0's is THE sexiest voice in the game!!!  :o

Oh and of course adored because he is 1/2 the creator of my fan club!!  :rock

Some say he is just a zipcode but, to me, he is an international number (ya' know the really long ones with usually a sexy voice at the other end) (not that I know about those or anything)  :noid

Ok for real, he is so modest for one of the best of what he does ... and a pure gentlemen ... always respectful!!

Bustr  and Hajo <S> AW was a great community ......Bustr I think if people really thought about it... they would realize that everybody shoots down everybody...so its in "how" you play the game that takes on significance ....thinking about others and not your ego/score that like you make the game worth coming back to night after night.

Some folks mention 999000's B-17s, but I think him and tater in B-26s was far more annoying, difficulty-wise. I recall a few times, at least, when I ran across him or tater (or both) in 26s... Man those things don't take damage most of the time! I've put multiple 30mm hits into B-26s before (not them, just in general) with little to no damage. I've unloaded in them from a chog and only made them lose a few parts after half a dozen attacks. At least the B-17s are tough and well defended, BUT take damage.  :t

I don't think twice about B17s, 999000 or no. I flinch every time I see a B26, though. They've got that lancaster damage model going
