Frame Rate

well about a mounth ago i was getting frame rates of around 75, now i have 2 wait in hanger about 3 or 4 min to wait till frame rate goes back up, now somedays it is in 40s during a big mission then in another big mission it goes down to 12, help if ya can, oh yeah i allready turned down graphics and crap

Degradation of performance is usually due to the CPU having to do more work than it did before.  Additional loads placed on it by background processes running that were not there before is where I would start looking.

any1 kno a good place to buy RAM for a Sony Vaio?
