Obama's Minister a racist nut job?

Obama's minister would be a perfect match for the other side of a David Duke coin; both men preach hatred for no other reason than skin color.

I feel sorry for those who can not see what this says about Obama's beliefs. I know I wouldn't stay in a church for 20 years if I did not agree with what the minister was preaching, so it stands to reason that Obama feels the same as the racist minister.

You gotta know it's the Hillary supporters that are making an issue of this. Smart Republicans would wait until he wins the nomination to point out what a hate filled person this guy is.

Agreed but, the pointing out of isn't the fun part.  It's watching them dance afterwords!

Have to agree watching a democrat squirm is fun and it's not like there aren't any skeletons in Hillary's closet if she wins the nomination.

It really is disgusting.  Hannity had a bunch of excerpts of his sermon after 9/11.

This minister should be banned from preaching as he is a racist jack off.

Isn't it ironic that white liberal democratic politicians are no longer being given a pass on racial issues by radical black bigots?  If Obama wasn't in this race, "the Rev" probably wouldn't be unloading his vitriol on Hillary.

Yes, you've gotta wonder about Obama.  The remarks made by his wife and by his long-time preacher may indicate a pattern.  If he truly didn't believe in what Rev. Wright was hawking, and he had an ounce of integrity, he'd have walked out of that church long ago.  If one could be a fly on the wall and listen on the things that Obama, his wife, and the Rev. talked about in the privacy of their home, there's no telling what you would hear coming out of their mouths.

Evidently, this type of statement is nothing new for Rev. Wright.  So, one has to treat Obama's long time loyalty to him and his church with a great deal of circumspection.  In my opinion, if he truly believs in brotherly love, respect, and racial equality, he should have walked out long ago.

Two years ago I did that very thing;  walked out of my home church because I was fed up with the rantings of an ultra-orthodox Southern Baptist preacher.  He was as bad, in his own way, as Rev. Wright.  Obama should do the same.

As I said in another thread, in many ways, Obama is playing his cards close to his vest on many issues.  Once elected, who knows what we will hear coming from the White House.

One little detail, that guy has retired and Obama already addressed this at the start of the campaign. It was something along the lines of "he's like that old crazy Uncle everyone has, you just have to ignore some of what he says."

Kind of like Don Imus, right?

Obama will need to bleed the old guy out completely for any sort of redemption.  I believe the conservatives have their swift boat issue now,  thick as concrete.  Imagine the commercials.......

Hillary needs the nomination if the democrats are to have any hope at all.

Yeager, this is how I see it.  McCain couldn't have picked a better time to run for the presidency.  Left enough for lefties, right enough for the righties because he's a RINO and that's better to them than any democrat.

Sweet!  Only first album through Drama songs only please.  And please please please play The Gates of Delirium and Ritual back to back.  That would rock.  Although I seriously think Steve Howe needs to be hit upside the head sometimes the way he likes to change riffs up when he's playing live.  Oh, and Wurm, have to hear that.  Well, you know, the set list would be long and the concert would be about 6 hours in duration.  Here's to dreaming.

Once again we are asked to suspend our disbelief, discard our common sense and ignore the man behind the curtain.

Is there anyone stupid enough to believe that statement? Of course there is! MILLIONS of them in fact.
