I love a rock song with a cool intro, one of my favorites is Roundabout (the live version). There are a few out there though that are really definitive:

Jumping Jack Flash
Spirit in the Sky (Norman Greenbaum)
Born to be Wild
Purple Haze
Pinball Wizard
Money For Nothing

just to name a few.

Bright Lights Keep Shining, Comeback Kid.  The opening riff is awesome and very easy to (begin to) rock out to.

Unfortunately, it drops off from there for the song.
