Did you move out of state? I moved out of Phoenix over to Maricopa. One good thing I just learned is that there are no emissions test in Pinal county.
What I am doing is helping a friend with vocal and melody ideas for an album he is making. He will have a real singer doing the parts I come up with. He has a guy in the industry that is going to master it when it's done, then I am going to try and help market the completed album and push to get it distributed by a label. It's a very narrow audience he's going for though.
I also record my own tunes, like some I have posted here as demos, just for fun now days. My friend has asked to record some of them and keeps telling me to finish them, but I just never have that much time. I used to have a full studio as well.
Hope to hear some stuff. I know what it's like having those crappy live recordings through the board.
