I was a linebacker/d-end in high school as well. D-man is the best position on the field in my opinion, you don’t have to run the entire game, you get to kill people and everyone is smaller than you… it borders on not being fair to the other team. Teams used to run offenses against us that focused on taking outside shots because the midis & attacks didn’t like to drive to the goal

When you first start playing the game it seems really fast paced. You won’t have very many opportunities to hit because you are out position but as you learn how the game flows you will start getting a lot of chances to lay ppl out.
Lacrosse will also really help with your speed, foot work, and agility. You will notice a difference when you start playing football next year. Man, I wish I could play again!!!!
