It very well could be Internet related. Trying to help, but you are being a bit terse and I need some specific questions answered (like the ones above). So I will try and do this the hard way.
If you are preloading textures, then disable that in the "Video Settings" and try it. There are more textures to load now and if your system is a little slow about it, then it could time out and drop the connection.
If you still disco after turning off the preload, try setting the "Maximum Texture Size" to 256. This is a simple resource test. Does it solve the problem?

Now, while all that is going on, grab the free copy of Ping Plotter (
www.pingplotter.com) and run iot for 5 to 10 minutes to 206.16.60.38 and see if the PL% column has any numbers in it. Post the image or save it as text and email it to me.
