Interesting action in DC in light of the Heller case.

I wonder how long this kind of thing would have taken in other areas after the election had gore won last time. This is more than a chilling story, it's a true repudiation of seeing what is going on in the court right now. I know what my answer would be to that kind of question.

Unbelievable.

I recommend that law enforcement not assume the posture of the enemy.

In the bottom of the link, they tried to sweeten the deal by granting amnesty for other crimes' committed as well.

The problem is, what a spokesperson says, and what is official department policy, are different things.
