Issue with loadout window in mission editor

Admin stuff again-
editor client- v0.80 p 0
OE v2.10 p2

With screen resolution at 1024x768 when you open the weapon loadout window under the flight properties the widow is 1/2 off the screen in the lower right corner. tried to reduce from full screen and reposition but, loadout window appears to be in a fixed position.

i have this problem too and i cannot see what the last two boxes at the bottom left of the main screen
even if i try to lft the page higher.

Same here.  The problems are even worse with an 800x600 screen resolution, where I can't even get to the screen.  Can the windows be made movable please?
