Why is noone playingin this arena?

Hi guys I just wondered why noone is playing in this arena because whenever i am online there is noone in there except for maybe one person.
When do you guys  play and in what timezone are you? (eg. America, Europe)

Usually the arena picks up around 7:00 to 8:00 PM EST on weekdays, weekends, you can usually find people in here most of the day. When do you enter the arena usually?
