I won't vote for either one of them.  I'd just write in someone if I was aloud to in my state.

I'm pretty confident McCain will win in a landslide. Altho he has lost a lot of appeal since 2000 (because he became a Bush bootlicker) I still like his bipartisan approach and his more than impressive war record. I know, I'm old school, but I still respect a man's service to his country over party loyalty, the main reason I hated Bush to start with. Poser at best. I still think Dan Rather was on the right track. Forgive me for the hijack that will ensue.

Given the choice between Barak and Hillary, I chose Barack. Come November, no way I can back him unless something dramaticly changes, like McCain picking an ultra-conservative for veep. At his age there's no gaurentee he'll serve out his term.

I think a better question is; Which Apollo astronaut, living or dead, would make the best president?  I'd vote for Lovell.  He spent 2 weeks with Frank Borman in a gemini capsule (no problem with same sex issues) and rode a broken spacecraft to the moon and back (can handle crisis situations).  Win/win in my book.

Doesn't matter where he stands, he's an Apollo vet.
