Just as a heads-up. I was running into problems using FRAPs to capture some footage. Even windowed footage began jerking and spazzing all over the place. Plane motion was not smooth and it spoiled every shot.
I realized it comes from taking multiple clips in FRAPs during the same session. I don't know if registered folks can just take 1 long clip or if it'll develop over time as well.
Limit yourself to 1-2 shots, close FRAPs, close AH film viewer. Load them up again, and pick up where you left off. This removed almost all the plane motion stutters that popped up initially when I started capturing footage. It also lead to much more pleasing shots.
