The Battle of Britain has begun
« on: March 28, 2008, 02:50:18 PM »
1. There have been some changes to the respective settings.  I've trimmed the aircraft selection to balance the numbers on both sides.
2. NOTE: CHANGE COUNTRY TIME IS 1 DAY.  Switch a side? Gotta wait 24 hours before you can swap back.
3. All other WAR norms.
4. We're still finalizing the CO's. Note: CO's do have final say who has access to forums.

Good luck and God Speed gentlemen.

If you're Allied theres no reason for you to not have access. You just have to figure out who the Allied CO is. When you know tell me would ya? :aok

A salute all ready to ZUD and RTPenink. At approx 1530 PST, Myself and Flatiron engaged enemy JU-88's flown by Melias. However, before we could down the flight of bombers, ZUD and RTP engaged us, forcing us to break from the bombers. In the ensuing flight, both myself and Flatiron ran out of ammunition. After waggling my wings, and noticing that Flatiron was not firing, they disengaged, alowing us to return to base.

Chivalry still exists.  :salute to you both!

Actually TK, when u were commander, you had the ability to remove and add players from the forum.  Why is that a surprise?

No, actually I only had mod status during the first war, and I was never told I had "final say" to who was on the forum. I saw a few people on there that I didnt think shouldnt be there, but I thought I was only there to add people when you or soda couldnt. Not kick people out just because I didnt like them, and thats exactly why Im betting why I wont be added.

side switchers should not have access to either board in my opinion, especially if they are in leadership position. or a least put maybe a month time limit on it.

No Im an axis spy who tells them the coordinates, alt, speed, RoC, plane/gv type, cv loc. of every allied player. While doing that Im killing every axis plane I see. Hell I even single handedly gave the allied a foot hold on the normandy coast while five other allies were trying to take back a Vbase for more then 45mins.

Was that the same Vbase the 5 Allies defended for over an hour against 2v1 odds, and was that the Lone CV against the Southern Shore...  un-announced... next to a medium A-base, with you flitting about not requesting support?  Were those the items you meant?

Not knocking your impressive skill in invading France but ... leaving German troops in charge of any base on the Isle of Britian overnight leads to even more impressive single-handed feats of heroism that players who require sleep, interaction with their families and time at the workplace have to deal with later when their time permits for leisure activity.

Not an insult ... a different perspective. That's why the Allied players suck so much, I suppose. :)

Thanks for giving your all to the Allied cause. Getting to know you better, I really do believe you're giving us your best.  :salute :)
