"Scavenger" Terry Naughton passed away July 2nd 1994, he was in his mid fifties.
To say that Scav "wasn't the best" AW player around goes beyond an understatement. I was Scav's first teacher in the AW Academy. Tell the class to go one way....Scav goes the other. Where others were cherry pickers...Scav picked daisies. I helped JD (his 2nd or 3rd academy teacher) give Scav's class its final.....he hadn't changed a bit.

The thing about him was he had so much heart and desire, no cared that he was totally inept at playing the game. He really did help everyone get closer to what the game was really about....having a great time. For my money, a few of the "win the war" folks could learn a lot from him. Frankly, AH would do well if it could find another Terry "Scavenger" Naughton in its ranks.
