Top my first 10 flights of the new tour...bet you can't!

A sure sign of the absolute silliness to come.

Flight one   Dead

Flight two never got high enough or fast enough to die.  Ended up ditched in flames


Flight three.  rinse and repeat flight two but make it back to the field for the only acknowledged landing of the night


Flight Four  dead

Flight Five  Made the field but got the ditch broken and battered.  Is there a pattern here?


Flight Six dead

Flight Seven ditched in flames again.  Same problem.  To low and slow to die in the furball.


Flight Eight  rammed, missing wing, in flames and ditched again!  Corky the invincible!


Flight Nine shot up, in flames about to roll in, but too slow and low.  Kick the gear out and it bounces in again


Flight Ten  Dead.

 Top that ya bastages!  A sure sign of things to come for Corky and the old 38G

Dont feel bad Dan titanic tuesday on a small map makes it tough. Keep your chin up. To save the time maybe find a capped runway,when you up, shut engine off ,roll film and wait. your bound to losse a wing and catch fire without the hassel of leaving the runway. And some vulchers might not kill you so you can have a successful landing.

Definately no complaints here.  It was hilarious.  I did seriously consider just rolling out towards the fight and letting them shoot me on the ground.  It would have saved time

I think I'm right there with you Guppy...I've died in some pretty piss poor ways this tour.

The worst was today while flying a 262. I made 4 passes on a set of B24's hit them 3 times one of the planes I hit twice.( I mean seeing the rounds explode types of hits) Nothing at all happened to the bombers, no smoking no missing parts nothing. Yet the 4th pass I get peppered "once" and get a pilot wound and a smoky engine.

So I RTB trying to save the ride, but no.. there is a P38 capping the closest Abase, so I have to fly on to the next. I get the wheels down almost at a stop on the runway and the plane blows up from the PW.

Then a little while ago, I'm trying to make it home in a 190 A8 with several kills and a oil leak. Still had 10 on the oil pressure but the engine shut off early. So I'm almost home and coast as far as I can before I have to get the gears out. Only to then have the plane stop rolling inches away from cement.

Then add on pretty much every sortie these days, equals getting gang banged by tards and it's making for a pretty piss poor start of the tour.. I'm about to just take another month off and go play some COD4 or something I've been itching to try that game.

His record is 25 in ten minutes.  We have put Corky through a demanding physical regimine and under the intense training of Shuffler and Mensa, we hope to see Corky hit the 30 mark next tour.
