For balance when side numbers are not something we can control accurately, it would help if we could turn off ordnance availability by the package. Ex: No 1000 lb bombs yet 500 kg are still allowed but no 1000 kg bombs.
The setting could allow for values of zero or any non zero as True so a perk cost routine could eventually be used to turn them on or off rather then a simple toggle. That way it would still fit in with the announced future perk plans for ordnance.
