1st part of my PC upgrade has been ordered
« on: April 05, 2008, 11:39:41 AM »
I ordered an In Stock E8400 from Tigerdirect.   I paid $20 more than mwave.com (but the certficate wasn't recognized by Firefox).    I'd rather spend $20 more than having something idiotic happen with a company I've never used before.

Skuzzy, I decided to go with this for $40 than the 610W.    Thanks for our talk, you have always been a great person to talk to.    Thank you!  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703009

I'm gonna order the MB, VC and Memory when the Rebate comes in May/June.   I'll be looking harder into DDR3 MB's.    I just had to pounce on both of these now.
MSI X670E MAG Tomahawk - Ryzen 7 9800X3D - Noctua DH-15 Chromax Black
64GB G.Skill Flare DDR5-6000 - ASRock 7900 XTX - Corsair RM1000e - Lian Li O11D EVO RGB

My Gawd, That PS forfeits all my work for the environment. Just kidding.

You'll love that E8400!

Thats the same PSU I just put in my new build.  Works great.

BTW, you could do newegg's no payments or interest deal.  Depending how much you're spending you can get either 90 days or 12 months.  Either way you'd probably have the rebate check by then and your new machine now.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.
