VOX Problems

A large chunk of knights having VOX problems today...

1)  Start operation

2)  VOX goes out

3)  Reboot/Relog

4)  Repeat ad infinitum

It seemed to clear up by 3/4 PM CDST.

Not complaining, really.  Just thought someone more learned in servers, etc. might explain so I can learn something.
