This May Be A Little Stupid, But Is There Any Way To Edit ANY File In The Game, Such As Impacts, Ground Textures, Bases, etc?

There are content editors for terrain and objects which can be downloaded from the HTC website. However these are people for building MA and special event terrains. You can't edit textures or objects for an existing MA terrain so that they look different on your PC when you are flying online.
