Futuremark 3DMark06 game performance test
« on: April 06, 2008, 12:36:49 PM »
So I download this lil tidbit to see what my system might do.  Mind you, I have no fantasies of having a game machine and thought it might be a little bit better than it was.  My desktop utterly fails everywhere  :O  I think.  I do have enough freespace on my harddrive I believe :lol .  There was a graph on the page that didnt get copied for some reason, but mine was far to the left almost to the margin and was well well well well well   :cry   under the minimum recommended system

I have a 2.53 gig pentium4 processor, 512 meg ram, geforce 440MX 64meg graphic card, 80 gig hard drive, no idea on mb, ps is out of old computer as the one in this one burnt up one day, windows xp operating sys.

Futuremark is in bed with different vendors and it's sole purpose is to trick people into comparing their computational weeners and get sucked up to buying megaexpensive hardware.

Futuremark test in itself holds no value. Only the speed of the actual gaming titles matter.

It looks to me like you don't meet the minimum system requirements needed to run 3DMark.  I know my old machine doesn't (similar to yours but only a 600 Mz PIII and Win98).  I wouldn't worry about it as long as you can play on it and have fun.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.
