You are probably not setting the spawn point, is my guess.

If you look at the flight properties about 1/2 down is a button "set spawn point". Zoom in on the runway then hit the spawn point button (mouse pointer will change to look like a plane) then click near the first waypoint.

If you right click on the yellow mission "thingie" at the top it has a radio button for bishop or knight. My guess is that you want the spit to be bishop and the 110 to be knight. If they are both the same they will spawn together.

If you right click on the Yellow mission icon and go to mission properties. At the top you'll see two radio buttons, Bishop and Knight's. It sounds like you have both missions set to the same country. It works best to set the allied mission to Bishops and the Axis missions to Knight btw.

Do you have any arena settings or fields different from the original default settings?

Can you post your .mis file for me to look at?

I took a look at it and here are a couple of suggestions.

First go through each segment and hit the "Fill Segment to the End" and then "Calculate" for each segment. The first screen shot is how your mission looked when I opened it.

See how the takeoff segment shoots straight up.

I recalculated and this is how it looks now.

Another issue is Sudz mentioned in a different thread not to use the climb segment due to some know issues. So for know change those segments to cruise. You can still climb by increasing the target altitude in the cruise properties.

One more thing is to increase the speed on your cruise segments for most planes 190 to 220 mph is a good range if you are NOT climbing. If you are climbing then use something similar to the auto-climb speed but, be sure to not go too fast. You want the other planes in the formation to be able to catch up if necessary.

Good Luck and I hope that gets you pointed in the right direction.

If you look at the time next to the segments in each mission you can start to see where to adjust the waypoints to get them to "run into" each other.

OK I have followed the instructions in the ME help and in the tutorial step by step. I got a simple mission completed, then when I went to AH offline practice to run it, I click on practice missions and the game crashes. So I removed the mission I created and once I did that everything runs fine. What did I miss or do wrong that my mission crashes the program? Thanks for any help.
I know I can fly and I know I can shoot, just not at the same time.

First guess... the mission name may be too long.

Can you post the mission file for us to review?
