troop bug
« on: April 10, 2008, 03:59:01 PM »
hey those new toops yall added to vbases and airfields. are they supposed to count as troops or are they there for looks. i noticed porking a Vbase and a small air field that i didnt have to pork those extra troops????

so to pork a Vbase all i had to to was kill the tents and the 2 quaza huts by the radar not the two by the VH

I think the idea is to make it more difficult for bomb 'splash' to take more than one object/person out. On the midsize or large fields you will see them in between two ord bunkers and it makes it harder to take them both out with a single bomb. Just a guess.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

i understand why they where added. i am glad they where added. however they are not counted when porking. take a Vbase all you have to do is kill the two by the radar and the three tents by the Trees. the ones by the Main Pad dont have to be killed. so IE. those two are not counted when porking a Vbase

That is true, it seems you don't like the idea of them not counting though?

well if they are there for making it harder to pork they should count. i want them to count on the Vbase. the vbase and the ports have needed more troops.
