That Dirty, Lousy Fugative Marine was Caught Tonight!!

That Marine who was born in Mexico, joined the Corps, and then murdered a fellow Marine who had complained that he had raped her, was caught tonight in Mexico!!   A World-wide manhunt has been on for him for almost 3 months now.   Not only did he rape the young woman, but he got her pregnant too.   So he also murdered their unborn child.  And here he was already married.

Sadly, though, the fact that he was caught in Mexico will spare him from ever getting the death penalty.  For Mexico has no Death Penalty, and will only extradite criminals if the government taking them agrees to also not execute them.   So by simply making it back over the border, he has managed to escape a death sentence.

And alas, it is also being reported that the extradition process from Mexico can take as long as 2 years, before he is even brought back.

I doubt the trial will go well for him.  Investigators say that they found lots of physical evidence to show that the young lady was killed in his garage.   And her dead body was found buried in his backyard.

These will be difficult things for him to explain.

Hey, there are currently 50 Mexican nationals sitting on death row here in the USA.   President Bush tried to get all of their convictions reviewed, with the possibility of getting new trials for them.   And it was all because Mexico went to an International court, and complained that the USA did not follow proper diplomatic protocol when these foreigners were arrested for murder. 

Of course, the International Court of the Hague ruled in favor of Mexico, and Bush agreed to obey this ruling.   However, the state of Texas sued Bush in order to keep the convictions from having to be reviewed.   The legal battle went all the way to the US Supreme Court, which recently ruled that Bush was indeed wrong, and that International Courts and Bush both had no authority over our states in such a matter.

I never thought that I would see the day that President Bush would support Mexican nationals who murdered American citizens, but it did indeed happen.

Bush & that idiot Johnny Sutton have acted more on the behalf of Mexico, the drug cartels and illegal aliens than they have for the American people.  I would love to see the Republicans hold a REAL investigation to see why... and they can nail that pansy Senator Lindsey Graham as well.  Our borderS should have been sealed Sept. 12, 2001.

i didnt like bush or his dad... i only voted for his dad because i THOUGHT he learned a few things during his tenure as VP - he didnt...  I thought Bush 43 would be better than algore but i resented the Republican party treating him as "The chosen one" and trashing all opposition immediately in the primaries.  I voted for him again because i like the fact that he kicked saddam out... he needed to be removed like hitler should have been in '36.

The cost of it aside, I think it's a much crueler punishment to be forced to live life in prison instead of being executed. It's an easy way out just like committing suicide.

Look you need to get real. If a prisoner extradited to the USA is executed. No country will send anyone back. Not just Mexico.  In some countries they may not even be tried properly and get away with it.

Besides life in a US penitentiary isn't exactly fun or safe. He'll get what he deserves eventually.

He'll probably join a Prison gang, and get protection inside, as well as anything the support system's that the inmate's families run, can provide. He'll probably thrive in prison.

That said, he's not only guilty of Murder. He's also a Deserter from the U.S.M.C. He murdered a U.S. Marine. If i'm not mistaken, he has to appear in front of the JAG, doesn't he? In which case, whatever a U.S. military court decides, will be carried out-The Mexican gov't. can go dangle.

Actually the Norwegian supreme court has ruled against extraditing any prisoners to the USA. Not only in cases where the death penalty is an issue, but because US prisons do not meet the "minimum of humanitarian standards".

So if you screw up ... come here!
