They break our laws and then don't want to suffer the consequences of their own actions?

No one said that there would not be a little pain in fixing this mess.

the government sponsored or.. condoned.. slavery that we have had so far was causing far more missery and pain over the years tho.  it is time to fix the problem.. Az. has the right idea.  all the other states doing this and, like I said years ago.. the problem will be over in a year or so.

The mexicans that will then come here can come on legal programs or immigrate.   They will then have the full protection and benifiet of the law and be treated like humans instead of slaves.

Just like the 40 man/woman tomato harvesters of the past were replaced by two person.. so will other farm jobs.  Farm work will be skilled equipment operator work.

Sorry.. no more cheap maids or tile jobs... clean your own yard or hire someone who has obeyed the laws.. there are plenty.

Once the prisons are emptied of illegals.. you will find very few mexicans in prison.. immigrants.. real immigrants.. are among the most law abiding.

Or.. you can just drag your feet and whine about every little bit of pain that is unavoidable and continue to support a vile form of slavery and human degradation that is illegal aliens.

Pointing to families who may soon be split apart because of a recent immigration roundup in Prince William County, Juarez said: "We are suffering a very bad situation."

Yeah ,when you break the laws of this country and get caught families are split up.
Could have stayed together as a family in Mexico where they were not illegal.
The people we have in prisons here in the U.S. families are also split up. I don`t expect we will be pardoning the criminals from prison because their families are split up. In the case of illegals in our country who`s families  have been split up due to their blatant disregard for our laws, I think we should do the right thing. We should arrange a program for transportation to allow conjugal visits.........in Mexico..one way.
It`s the price you pay when you break certain laws of our country.

The Mexicans without borders should locate and purchase a country quick. I`m sure they have just overlooked  our borders on the map.

"We want to tell [the pope], he can stop raids, stop separating families,"

I don`t believe the Pope has been setting up and running many raids lately, but it`s nice of them to tell he can stop them if he decides to do so at a later date.

But a spokeswoman at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops said the pope clearly has the American immigrant community in mind, which is why he recently taped part of his video remarks about this upcoming trip in Spanish.

Spanish? The Pope booked the wrong flight maybe?

But Benedict would not think it is "the pope's place" to comment on domestic policies, she added.

Not unless he legally files for and goes through the process of becoming a U.S. citizen, runs for and is elected to an office that deals with such things.
