What do you tast like?

uh.. nevemind :D

Hansa
Rignes Skjærgårspils

Hansa is good value for a cheap beer. I hear it's a bit of a 'rolling around in the gutter with a trolley full of it' sort of beer in Germany, though.

Rignes I have heard of but never tasted. Many Norwegian Black Metal bands seem to have the odd can of it in the background of some of their photos from time to time.

or my home made Mead ;) ;)

How do you make Mead. I have never had any and been wanting to try. Seems the drink of my forefathers. Well that and Rum.

I like a lot of beers. Mostly dark or red and full flavor. Although I did like that Samuel Adams Winter Ale.

You take five pounds of topsoil, add one gallon of water stir for 10 minutes and strain through cheese cloth.

For beer, this week's selection is Pauliner Salvator:

Liquer has been Elijah Craig 18 for a while now.

As for wine... In a Red I've really fallen for the Chandon Pinot Meunier:

And in a White I can't find a better value than the Nobilo Icon Sauvignon Blanc:

Smithwicks is good.  You wont taste it immediately though.  I had it w/ bangers and mash a few weeks ago.

If you hold the beer in your mouth for a couple of seconds you can taste the goodness that is smithwicks.
