Just wait until 1Hunglo releases his GV series of training films.  I've heard it on good authority that GV training video #1 will focus on how to exit your ground vehicle before the bombs hit and the 2nd training video will teach you how to properly spawn camp the GV spawn.  This will of course compliment his existing films on how to do Head On shots and dive bomb Lancasters.
