We were having some issues with the default setup for Okinawa ~ we changed the country type.  don't worry, our default is still Bish-Axis and Rooks-Allied.  :salute

Knights are axis still. I hope this base capture thing is not going to lead into another tour in an empty arena.  Course I already killed my first landing craft, soooooooo.

You complain about people leaving the arena becuase of play brought about by "base capture" and in the next sentence tell us you vulched a landing airplane. :huh

Was just up there. Am I the only one this happened to?

I bailed out, twice. Each time, I couldn't End Sortie until I'd actually reached the ground, as opposed to the way it usually is where you can End Sortie as soon as the chute opens. Luckily I wasn't too high up.

Is this some new thing for AvA?

No winner. And for now, I've disabled base capture.  Wasn't adding any value to the old-style setup.
