Turn off puffy ack please

Can puffy ack be disabled if base capture is not on?  I don't really see any reason for it and prevents us from flying around certain parts of the map.

You sir, are rude.  I fly both sides.  Puffy ack is at 3k + and covers a huge area.  I don't like it when I fly allies, I don't like it when I fly axis.  Please explain your theory on the lack of puffy ack resulting in voulching.  I'm interested in hearing your theory behind this.

The problem with puffy ack is that it doesn't simulate any real gun in existence during the war.  Is there any better reason to turn it down all the way?  Perhaps that explains why there were 500 people in orange and blue last night at 9pm PST and 2 people in the AvA arena.

Yes it does simulate real defenses that Cities and Ships could have.  As far as why 500 ppl in Orange and Blue, well I would have to agree that its because there is no real war atm.  Its a giant furball with no purpose or direction.  When BOA comes, I expect the attendance will rise again.
