i was flying an la7 trying to BnZ these P38s one time and then suddenly a 38G comes up my rope a bit further than i expected and shoots me down. SYSTEM: CorkyJr shot you down.  he never going to let me live that one down!

 

that is what we play for, not that i am better than guppy or that guppy is better than me. we play for the fight and everyone is different.

It's too easy to cop-out and say it's just your opinion Guppy.  I think there is a top 10 or top 20 of the best sticks. Determining it specificaly wouldn't have too many variables to narrow it down, it could be done.  But it'd be tedious.

Maybe the better question is, which pilots do you know when they meet you 1 v 1 are going to stay around and fight til the end win or lose and will leave you with a sore arm from bending the stick so long.

That would be an easier list for me to come up with.

Guppy with all due respect, you're bending the criteria to the subjectivity of each pilot's tendency to get "a sore arm from bending the stick so long".  Shane made me sweat, other top pilots that I'd rank (a little) above him didn't.

There's an absolute quantification of killing, dogfighting ability that would grade pilots on a scale, and even if it's a tedious hair splitting matter, like I said, it's still a reality.  How good each "pilot" () is, isn't about how easy it is to quantify them as such.  If it were though, it would make for a very crowd-pleasing conclusion.

Thx for the mention, but in all honesty, I'd have more considered myself an E-fighter unafraid to turn, than a furballer type.

I generally avoided the furballs and preferred to hunt alone or with another more on the edges and usually toward the base they were usng to stage. 

I only did sokay in massive furballs, preferring to blow thru and drag a few away for a mugging when possible.

6v1 is *not* a furball!!

 

LOL  only pilot in my ah since beta, That has ever had 6 guys on him co alt. And when i asked if he nedded help. Answered no i'm fine, But thx for asking. so i stayed up at 10k filmed entire fight. His p51 against spit,la7 and 4 p51s. and shane beat all 6 in 5 mins time. I laugh and posted film on bbs. but 1 of they 6 guys whined about film and it got locked. Never heard anyone else with 3 or more on them say no i'm fine. Have helped others who are on some of these lists and go in kill all 3 guys on their 6 just to get swore at for not doing it inorder they wanted lol. Lastely I'd say fester best over all pilot, Only man ever to shoot all 3 of my bombers at 35k without dying { before 163's). And Kev367th and I would dare others to come up/ we would kill 7 -10 planes fly home. Also seen fest in a a20 fight 3 nikis that had alt they all lost.
